Scene 4

Increase the focal length

After setting the focal length, the image looks like this:

Image "sc4_000.tga"

The corresponding TruFlite scenery file is "scene4.trf" (you might have to correct the relative path: "../dem/dem1.tga").

What's still missing with this image?

We want some color:

• Convert the elevation file "dem1.tga" to a color file "texture1.tga" using a palette file "palette1.tga".
• Check "Use it" close to the "Texture File:" edit field.
• Specify "texture1.tga" as the texture file. Use the "Browse..." pushbutton.
• Change the "Output File(s)" template to "sc5_%03d.tga".

Save the result as "scene5.trf" - our next step.
